TERMS & CONDITIONS
RentSafe RV Roadside Assistance Benefits as set forth below are provided by Vehicle Administrative Services, Ltd. (“VAS”), which is located at 5001 Spring Valley Road, Suite 350W, Dallas, Texas 75244. The following terms and conditions, in addition to any provisions in the Customer’s RV Renters Insurance policy, govern how VAS provides the RentSafe RV Roadside Assistance Services (the “Program”).
EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Emergency Roadside Assistance is available on a “sign & drive” basis throughout the United States and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For prompt service, simply call the appropriate number listed below for any of these benefits: Towing, Jump Starts, Tire Changes (with Customer’s inflated spare), Vehicle Fluid Delivery (cost of fluids extra), Lockout Assistance (cost of key cutting extra), emergency phone call support & assistance. “Sign & drive” means Customer incurs no out-of-pocket expense. The cost of fluids or key cutting is the Customer’s responsibility. The cost of a delivered replacement tire, alignment, mount & dismount and balancing is not covered. Towing will be to the nearest qualified repair facility. Service is available for emergency roadside assistance only and does not include convenience or shuttle tows, towing from a servicing dealership or other repair facility. Only one service call per incident is covered unless the vehicle must be initially towed to a safe location as determined solely by VAS. The benefits do not cover recovery of a vehicle subject to a natural disaster, a vehicle submerged in water or vehicle not on a maintained road. Only service requests provided through the phone numbers below will be honored. Services are not available in areas where state providers are exclusively utilized. Simple winch out or extraction services required in order to tow the disabled covered RV are covered up to one hundred (100) feet off a maintained road or in a commercial campground equipped for camping vehicles. For each incident in which winching is required in order to tow the disabled RV, Customer will be entitled a maximum benefit of five hundred dollars ($500). Any other remaining costs for labor, parts and any additional winching shall be the responsibility of the Customer. Events related to accident or vandalism are not covered under this Program. MOBILE MECHANIC DISPATCH SERVICE
In the event of a RV mechanical breakdown, this Program will assist without any additional fee in arranging the dispatch of a mobile mechanic to the Customer’s location (subject to availability). Please be advised not all dealers perform service calls; not all service calls are guaranteed under this Program. The Customer is responsible for all charges related to on site repairs including but not limited to parts and labor costs.
